MSA offers expert service solutions to protect your investment in safety equipment and instrumentation. Services are available on a wide range of MSA products including Self Contained Breathing Apparatus, Fixed Gas & Flame Detection Instruments, Portable Gas Detectors, Fall Arrest Products, Thermal Imaging Cameras, Fire Helmets, Communication Headsets as well as CBRNE Detectors. Services are available at MSA Factory Service Centers and on-site at your location.

How to Request Service

To return a product for service at an MSA service center, you can fill the service request form and include it in the same parcel as the devices to be repaired or contact Customer Service. In case you decide to call, please have the information in the link below ready when calling.

Note: All used items being returned for service must be cleaned, sanitized and/or decontaminated as necessary to minimize the possibility of MSA employee exposure to health hazards in handling such material. All applicable laws and regulations shall apply. MSA reserves the right to return unsanitary items unrepaired.

Whether you need flow testing, calibration, preventative maintenance, startup/commissioning service, repair or certification contact MSA for your service needs. Many of our products have flat fee service options available so you know the price up front. Service agreements and extended warranties are also available for many products. When you use MSA for service you can be sure that only genuine MSA parts and test gases will be used and your product warranty will be preserved.
