The SUPREMATouch has been enhanced with several new features which makes it outstanding in its class. Added to the popular large colour touchscreen display, a new title-based menu structure has been added to optimize intuitive operation. The SUPREMATouch can be used with a wide range of detectors for combustible gas, toxic gas and oxygen. Output options include relays and 4-20mA outputs. Remote racks can be connected (satellite structure), which expands control systems and reduces cabling costs. Interfacing to external systems is provided by using Modbus or Profibus. The SUPREMATouch has been certified according to ATEX and is suitable for virtually any safety related application including redundant systems with up to a Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3 rating (EN 61508). The intuitive SUPREMA Manager Software is intended for configuration, parameterization and calibration of the SUPREMATouch Fire and Gas Controller. The Senscient ELDS laser-based open path gas detector is available for a wide range of toxic and flammable gases. The Senscient ELDS uses 'SimuGas' self-testing to eliminate employees entering hazardous areas for gas checks. Nuisance false alarms are virtually eliminated with its breakthrough Harmonic Fingerprint processing.
PrimaX® I Gas Transmitter
Indoors or outdoors, our PrimaX I Gas Transmitter provides dependable, accurate gas detection. The transmitter detects toxic gases and oxygen and is housed in an antistatic, reinforced nylon enclosure. It also has a large, easy-to-read LCD screen and attaches to an integral mounting plate for easy installation, while the built-in keypad makes for quick, simple calibration. To transmit data, the unit uses a 4-20 mA output signal and can also be configured to use HART digital communication. With easily replaced plug-in sensors, the PrimaX I transmitter is suitable for laboratories, chemical plants, power plants and several other industry settings.
IR400 Point IR Gas Detector
The IR400 Infrared (IR) Point Detector is a hydrocarbon gas detector that continuously monitors combustible gases and vapors within the lower explosive limit (LEL) and provides alarm indication. It features an industry-leading response time of ≤ 3 seconds, even with a splash guard installed. All electronics are contained within an explosion-proof housing so that the IR400's detector information can be processed locally. Configurations with analog output, Modbus and HART are also available.
GasGard® XL Controller
Monitor up to eight remote gas sensors with the highly accurate wall-mounted GasGard XL Controller. The sensor's large, multi-language LCD display provides real-time readings, offers full-system diagnosis and shows intuitive icons. Housed in durable, fire-retardant ABS plastic, the controller is suitable for a variety of chemical, industrial and waste water environments. The sensor also features a buzzer that sounds up to 85 db.
FL500 UV/IR Flame Detector
The FL500 UV/IR Flame Detector monitors for radiation emitted by a flame in both the ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) spectral ranges. This UV/IR combination provides a fast response time and increased false alarm immunity against sources of radiation for reliable protection.
FL4000H Multi-spectrum IR Flame Detector
The FL4000H is an advanced multi-spectrum infrared (MSIR) flame detector that provides superior false alarm immunity with the widest field of view. The FL4000H employs a multi-spectral optical IR sensing array with a sophisticated Neural Network Technology (NNT) system to reliably discriminate between actual flames and the vast majority of false alarm sources. The FL4000H detects typical fires such as alcohol, n-heptane, gasoline, jet fuels and hydrocarbons. It can also see through dense smoke produced by diesel, rubber, plastics and lube oil fires.

The unit features DuraSource Technology, which offers improved IR life, and a HART port for easy output access. The explosion-proof stainless steel monitor works indoors or outdoors and features infrared technology that eliminates the need for frequent calibrations. Its operations are based on dual-wavelength, heated-optics technology, which compensates for temperature, humidity and aging effects. The unit uses only one circuit board for increased reliability, and the sensor life isn't reduced by exposure to gas. The LCD screen provides scrolling information, while optional quick-check LEDs provide increased visibility.
Ultima® X Series Gas Monitors with X3® Technology
The Ultima X Series Gas Monitors with X3 Technology bring the power of multi-sensing, signal boost and ModBus output to the Ultima X line of MSA gas monitors. The units are crafted from either stainless steel or NEMA 4X-rated plastic, and our patented sensor disconnect-underpower feature allows all sensors to be replaced in hazardous areas without area declassification. The interchangeable smart sensors eliminate the need for reconfiguration, while the use of one circuit board increases reliability. TL105 Test Lamp
The TL105 is a battery operated test lamp designed specifically to test General Monitors Flame Detectors. The TL105 is an explosion-proof test lamp that can be used with the FL4000H MSIR flame detector as well as any of the FL3100 Series Flame Detectors. The TL105 operates up to 35 feet from the flame detector.
