CalGard Remote Calibration Adapter
The CalGard Remote Calibration Adapter is a stainless-steel accessory for the ULTIMA X5000 and General Monitors S5000 (X/S5000) digital sensors that provides reliable operation of remotely installed gas detection sensors working under harsh environmental conditions. It permits users to complete function tests (“bump tests”) and calibrations without the need for directly accessing the sensor and greatly simplifies gas detector maintenance. It prevents dilution of the test gas going to the sensor even in high wind conditions.

FL4000H Multi-spectrum IR Flame Detector
The FL4000H is an advanced multi-spectrum infrared (MSIR) flame detector that provides superior false alarm immunity with the widest field of view. The FL4000H employs a multi-spectral optical IR sensing array with a sophisticated Neural Network Technology (NNT) system to reliably discriminate between actual flames and the vast majority of false alarm sources. The FL4000H detects typical fires such as alcohol, n-heptane, gasoline, jet fuels and hydrocarbons. It can also see through dense smoke produced by diesel, rubber, plastics and lube oil fires.

IR400 Point IR Gas Detector
The IR400 Infrared (IR) Point Detector is a hydrocarbon gas detector that continuously monitors combustible gases and vapors within the lower explosive limit (LEL) and provides alarm indication. It features an industry-leading response time of less than 3 seconds, even with a splash guard installed. All electronics are contained within an explosion-proof housing so that the IR400's detector information can be processed locally. Designed to detect flammable gas or vapor, the stainless steel Series 47K gas sensors offer a cost-effective way to detect hazards in the air. The sensors come in poison resistant and high-temperature versions, and have three- or five-wire connection.
The Ultima Controller is purpose-designed and built to provide complete access to all advanced features of the Ultima and Ultima X Gas Monitors, as well as the Toxgard II Gas Monitor. Via its full-function and password-protected keypad, users can set the real time clock, set alarm levels, change span-gas values, display date of last calibration, display minimum, maximum and average gas values, change address and set future calibration time/date in addition to providing basic calibration functions.
The Ultima Calibrator offers the industry's simplest, quickest calibration. Simple, three-button device is purpose-built for calibrating and changing the address of Ultima and Ultima X Gas Monitors and the Toxgard II Gas Monitor.

The unit features DuraSource Technology, which offers improved IR life, and a HART port for easy output access. The explosion-proof stainless steel monitor works indoors or outdoors and features infrared technology that eliminates the need for frequent calibrations. Its operations are based on dual-wavelength, heated-optics technology, which compensates for temperature, humidity and aging effects. The unit uses only one circuit board for increased reliability, and the sensor life isn't reduced by exposure to gas.
