Zero Two Series Gas and Flame Detection System

610A Four Channel Combustible Gas Monitor
The 610A is a system for continuously monitoring combustible gas (hydrocarbon) concentrations in four locations. The system consists of four General Monitors remote catalytic bead sensing assemblies and a solid-state controller. The controller features four independent channels, each having its own circuitry. The 610A features a digital display of gas concentrations in % LEL (0-99% lower explosive limit) for each channel.

TA502A Single Channel Trip Amplifier Module
The TA502A is a single-channel generic trip amplifier designed for use in Zero Two Series Gas and Flame Detection Systems. It is used to process the 0-22 mA signal from any field mounted transmitter.
CC02A Serial Communications Module
The CC02A Communications Card facilitates serial communications between each module in a Zero Two Series Flame and Gas Detection System and an external host computer, which allows fast access to operational and setup data registers. It supports a Burst Read feature that returns all registers of a module in a single transmission.
RGC - Remote Gas Calibrator for Catalytic Bead Sensors
The Remote Gas Calibrator (RGC) allows calibration gas to be applied to a remotely located catalytic bead sensor from an easily accessible location. The RGC is used for blocking ambient air and redirecting methane to the catalytic sensor for calibration or testing sensor accuracy. The RGC tests or calibrates the General Monitors catalytic sensor with 50% LEL methane. The unit is capable of calibrating gas at wind velocities up to 50 mph. The RGC is used manually with a pressure regulator (P/N 80146-1) and is suitable for calibrating with any light hydrocarbon.
TL105 Test Lamp
The TL105 is a battery operated test lamp designed specifically to test General Monitors Flame Detectors. The TL105 is an explosion-proof test lamp that can be used with the FL4000H MSIR flame detector as well as any of the FL3100 Series Flame Detectors. The TL105 operates up to 35 feet from the flame detector.
FM002A Facilities Module
The FM002A is a facilities module that provides a range of common facilities for all Zero Two control modules housed in the chassis. The FM002A is plugged into the last slot on the right-hand side of the Zero Two chassis. It may be daisy-chained allowing one FM002A to serve up to 100 Zero Two modules in any combination.
RGC-IR - Remote Gas Calibrator for Point IR Detectors
The remote gas calibrator, RGC-IR, is designed to be permanently installed on a combustible IR gas detector. The RGC-IR provides protection from outside elements and allows the user to apply calibration gas (@ 50 psi) to the detector from a remote source.
IN042 Four Zone Control Module
The IN042 is a four zone input module designed for use with two-wire field devices such as smoke or heat detectors, pull switches and manual callpoints. It is designed to monitor these devices and provide both status indication and fault / alarm outputs for each zone.
RGC-HT - Remote Gas Calibrator for High Temperatures
To verify the proper operation of a catalytic combustible gas sensor, it is necessary to periodically apply a gas of known concentration to the sensor. This is usually done manually at the site with gas supplied from a small lecture bottle. As the sensor reacts to the calibration gas, adjustments are made to the monitoring system to bring its calibration into agreement with the known concentration of the calibration gas. At times, sensors are mounted in inaccessible locations, requiring expensive catwalks or scaffolding to reach them. The High Temp Remote Gas Calibrator (RGC-HT) allows the calibration gas to be applied to the catalytic bead sensor from easily accessible locations. The RGC-HT is used for blocking ambient air and redirecting methane or other light hydrocarbon gases to the catalytic bead sensor for calibration or testing sensor accuracy in various environments. The RGC-HT tests or calibrates the General Monitors Catalytic Bead sensor with 50% LEL methane or other light hydrocarbon gas. The unit is capable of calibrating and detecting gases in various wind conditions (up to 45 mph) and temperatures (up to 200°C when used with high temperature sensor).
1701 Portable Test and Calibration Unit
The 1701 is a portable test and calibration unit used to verify the operation and calibrate certain ultrasonic gas leak detectors. Although the detectors do not require regular maintenance, the 1701 can be used to satisfy the requirements for regular plant maintenance. Further, the 1701 requires no electrical connection to the gas leak detector but is simply placed over the sensor head of the gas leak detector.
MC600 Multi-Channel Controller
The MC600 is a microprocessor-based multi-channel controller that provides six channels of continuous gas detection. It can be configured as either a local gas detection system, or it can be networked to provide a large plant-wide distributed safety system. It is compatible with our hydrocarbon sensors, H2S sensors, as well as our S4000CH, S4100C, S4000TH, S4100T, IR400, IR5500, IR700, TS4000H, Observer, and Surveyor gas detectors.
S4000CH Combustible Gas Detector
The S4000CH Intelligent Sensor is a microprocessor-based transmitter designed for use with General Monitors industry-leading catalytic bead sensors. It monitors combustible gases and vapors within the lower explosive limit (LEL) and provides status indication and alarm outputs. Complies with ANSI/ISA 12.13.01-2000 performance requirements for combustible gas detectors. This product has been replaced by the S5000 Gas Monitor. S4100C Combustible Gas Detector
The S4100C Intelligent Sensor is a self-contained microprocessor-based transmitter with integral three-digit readout. It is designed to measure and display concentrations of combustible gases in the 0-100% LEL range, but will continue to display concentrations up to 120% LEL. The sensing element may be incorporated in the transmitter housing or remotely mounted at distances up to 620 meters. The S4100C records the number of successful calibrations, computes the sensor output in mV during calibration and stores in non-volatile memory. 580A Dual-Channel Combustible Gas Monitor
The 580A is a compact, highly-versatile system for continuously monitoring combustible gas (hydrocarbon) concentrations in two locations. The system consists of two remote catalytic sensing assemblies and a solid-state controller. The controller automatically displays the higher reading channel on a digital display, scaled from 0-100% LEL (lower explosive limit). Manual override switching permits readout of the low channel at any time.
2280A Four Channel H2S Gas Monitor
The 2280A is a system for continuously monitoring H2S gas concentrations in four locations. The system consists of up to four remote mounted sensors and a solid state controller. The controller consists of four independent channels, each having its own circuitry. With a digital display, the 2280A shows hydrogen sulfide gas concentrations in ppm (parts per million) in the ranges of 0-20, 0-50, or 0-99 ppm for each channel.
2602A Zero Two Series Control Module for H2S Applications
The 2602A is a single-channel H2S Control Module that has been designed to monitor H2S in parts per million (ppm) levels and provide status indication and alarm outputs. S4000TH H2S Gas Detector
The S4000TH Intelligent Gas Sensor is a microprocessor-based transmitter designed for use with General Monitors' thin film metal oxide semiconductor (TFMOS) sensors to detect H2S gas. The unit features one person calibration and can virtually self-calibrate by simply activating a magnetic switch and applying gas. It detects hydrogen sulfide in 0-20 ppm, 0-50 ppm or 0-100 parts per million (ppm) levels over a wide temperature range. This product has been replaced by the S5000 Gas Monitor. The S4100T Intelligent Sensor is a highly reliable, self-contained, microprocessor-controlled hydrogen sulphide transmitter with integral 3 digit readout. DT210 Eight Channel H2S Readout / Relay Module
The DT210 is an eight-channel Readout / Relay Module designed for use with up to eight of our remotely located H2S Intelligent Sensors. The front panel contains a digital display that indicates 0-20 ppm (parts per million), 0-50 ppm, or 0-99 ppm of the hydrogen sulfide gas monitored by the Intelligent Sensors.
MD002 Monitored Driver Output Module
The MD002 is a monitored driver output module designed for four independent outputs requiring monitoring in their non-active state, such as extinguishing solenoids, beacons, horns, etc. Each driver is independent and has circuitry to monitor short and open circuits in field wiring.
ZN002A Three Zone Control Module
The ZN002A is a Zone Control Module for the Zero Two Series Fire and Gas Detection System. The ZN002A provides zoning and voting functions for three separate and independent zones of gas and / or flame detection.
IR4000S Single-Point Gas Monitor
The IR4000S Single-Point Monitor is a display and user interface for the IR400 point IR gas detector. The monitor allows local calibration and displays gas concentration. Relays are optional. PS002 Power Supply
The PS002* power supply module provides sufficient power for 12 Zero Two Series Modules and their field devices. The PS002 slides into four channel slots and supplies the buss with +24 VDC. On the rear of the PS002, connections are provided for AC voltage in (line or neutral), for DC voltage in (battery backup), and for DC voltage out (+24 VDC). On the front panel there is a green LED for a Power ON indication. * Not available in Europe.
IR4000M Multi-Point Gas Monitor
The IR4000M Multi-Point Gas Monitor can be used as an integrated combustible gas detection system, with capacity to connect eight point IR or open path gas detectors and read their status with one command. The highest current % LEL among all connected detectors is shown continuously during normal operation. An extensive set of menus are easily navigated using a magnetic switch to request the status and configuration data stored by the IR4000M. This product has been replaced by the S5000 Gas Monitor. Surveyor Ultrasonic Gas Leak Detector
The Surveyor detects gas leaks by sensing the airborne ultrasound emitted from leaking gas at high pressure. Ultrasonic gas detection is based on robust and proven Gassonic technology and designed for long and failsafe operation in extreme environmental conditions.
